How it works
Complex matching logic runs in the background, so the work left for people is reviewing the exceptions.
Marketplace payment, sales and order reports are loaded into the application, current and previous period together.
Every payout is matched to its orders, every charge is checked against expected rates, and returns are matched against reversals.
Mismatches land in a queue with an audit trail, and approvals support a repeatable monthly close.

For Flipkart, the first reconciliation uses five reports. Later reconciliations need three.
